This Mini Series is designed to Empower You! Whether you’re just getting started as an athlete or runner, getting back into the groove after a break or you’re an expert! There will be something for everyone!

Week 1

We’ll cover:

Fueling your body for better energy and athletics Baseline nutrition vs nutrition for fitness and movement The Power of Macronutrients—real talk about food for athletes Diet culture trends, how bodies respond to fitness Q/A—Let’s get your questions answered!\

Week 2

We’ll cover:

Your appetite—how to plan for and respond to your body’s fitness and nutrition needs Building trust with your body—fueling to train & race with foods that your body likes Hydration—are you drinking enough fluids? We’ll also touch upon dehydration You! We’ll work through and draft a food/fitness plan to honor your body’s needs for fitness/energy and everyday fueling for life. (Be sure to have some paper nearby!) Q/A—One more time for questions!
